This is to let people know in the Las Cruces area that there is an alternative to getting channels on their TV's a different way. There is a local company that manufactures and installs an antenna that was custom designed by the owner. I pickup over 60+ channels that are crystal clear plus all the local stations. Also had ROKU boxes installed on my tv's to pickup free cable channels or you can subscribe to ones that you want. The antenna and installation are very affordable. A: Yes! All channels are received from over the air signals that are part of the public domain and provided for free broadcasting to the public
Q: How do we know what TV channels will be received at our home before we purchase an antenna?
A: You will be able to see every channel on our TV Antenna Test Truck which will be parked in front of your home so you can see exactly which channels you will receive before you purchase an antenna.
Q: Do we need an Internet connection or service in order for the antenna to work?
A: No. No Internet of any kind is required.
Q: Does the antenna work 24 hours per day?
A: Yes, the antenna is always active. As long as the TV stations are broadcasting it will receive them
Q: Will we get all the major TV Networks?
A: Yes. You will receive ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, NBC and PBS. In addition you will receive a wide variety of channels including sports, news, movies, reality and more which are listed at the top of this web page
Q: If new TV channels go one the air, will this antenna receive them and provide even more channels?
A: Yes, any new signals within your antenna reception area that are added will be received
Q: If we make an appointment to have the TV Antenna Test Truck come to our home, do we have to pay for the TV Antenna Test Truck and channel check if we decide not to purchase an antenna?
A: No, you pay nothing should you decide you don't want an antenna after seeing all the channels you can get on the TV Antenna Test Truck
Q: What does the standard installation include?
A: Standard installation includes the TV Antenna Test Truck check, delivery, installation and tuning of the antenna on an unused satellite dish mount that's already on your house, or mounting to an existing mast or pole using your existing satellite or cable TV cable to connect to one TV and includes programming one TV. Additional fees apply if more than one TV is connected, a different type of antenna mount is required, or hardware/cable is needed for additional TV hook ups.
Q: What if we have several TV's to connect or require non-standard installation?
A: The technician will provide a written quote listing all non-standard expenses prior to installation.
Q: When do we pay for the antenna and installation?
A: Complete payment is due upon completion of the installation and you have verified you are receiving the channels. We accept major credit and debit cards and cash. We do not accept American Express. See the cards we accept at the bottom of this page.
Q: Are there any contracts or on-going costs to keep our TV reception working?
A: No. The antenna and installation is a one time investment and there are no contracts or other payments of any kind after your antenna is installed. You watch TV for free.
Q: Is there any type of warranty on the antenna?
A: Yes. You receive a two year warranty on your antenna. We will repair or replace the antenna under normal use should it be required.
Q: Once we see the channels we can get at our home from the TV Antenna Test Truck, when will our antenna be installed?
A: After the TV Antenna Test Truck has verified your channels, an appointment will be set for the installation technician to install your antenna .
